Both Marian and USF are neck-and-neck in the Crossroads Conference standings with Marian having a slight edge. The Maple Leafs are heading into the series after losing three straight games to Huntington University. While USF is currently sitting in fifth place in the conference standings and Goshen is chasing down a winning season record, both teams need wins to improve their position in the conference.
